Book C: is dingy and nothing works

Hi! I'yard not certain what happened but after installing a new thousand.2 ssd my old one is now muddied for some reason and windows continue tryng to repair it upon kicking but zilch happens, I've tried all the usual steps from windows maintenance etc. I also tried running the "CHKDSK C:" and it ran but the deejay is still dirty. I tried running with parameters /f and I've likewise tried following This guide and I nonetheless have the same problem. I'one thousand completely lost on what to do from hither. any help?

Hey Dave! Cheers for the fast response!

When i ran chkdsk C: /f /r /x it told me to chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. would you like to schedule this volume to be checcked next restart? I do (Y)

then restart my pc and its does the repairing and scanning on startup for like 5 seconds then i sign in and we dorsum to square 1 with volume C is dirty still.

Hello, I recently encountered a problem with my NVMe drive - it says my volume is dirty. And then I started researching on the internet and I've tried everything found on the offset pages on Google and then far, but nix helps. I've tried running cmd with Admin
and chkdsk /r, it wanted to (schedule) restart computer and when I ran the command again later on restart to check if it worked information technology didn't. I've also tried running in safe mode cmd only (considering it said it can't fix anything unless volume is not in use) but it
didn't help either. And so on, so on. It's an space loop with no solution for me, that's why I'm asking here for support. Thanks in accelerate for your help.
